Ready.Steady.Home is exploring an off-site construction approach for the 90, 100 and 120 m² designs. This is a proposed process, not a current building service or a commitment to a completion date.
Before any build program
Site suitability, design development, approvals, access and services would all need to be resolved before a delivery program could be confirmed. A different approval pathway or complex site can change the overall timeline.
Two coordinated workstreams
The concept is to prepare a home off site while foundations and services are arranged on the block. Delivery, installation, connections and final certification would follow only when both parts are ready.
