How a finished home is handed over in 8 weeks
The industry average for a small home is 12–26 weeks. Ours is 8 — not by cutting corners, but by moving the build indoors and running two clocks at once.

When we tell people their home will be handed over 8 weeks after contract, the polite ones ask how. The honest answer: we stopped building the slow way.
Two clocks, running in parallel
A conventional build is a single queue — nothing starts until the slab cures, nothing continues when it rains. We split the project into two programs that run at the same time: your home takes shape in our Sydney facility while footings and services are prepared on your block. By the time the site is ready, the home is too.
Week by week
- Week 0 — contract signed, HBCF certificate issued, selections locked
- Weeks 1–2 — approvals finalised; site works begin; frame and shell in the facility
- Weeks 2–7 — fit-out indoors: wiring, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, paint; quality checks at every stage
- Week 8 — delivery, install, connections, certification, keys
Why indoors matters
Rain delays are the single biggest schedule killer in Sydney construction. An indoor build removes them entirely — along with warped frames, wet insulation and half the defect list. Trades work in sequence a metre from each other instead of driving between sites. That's the whole secret: logistics, not magic.
Weather never stalls the program. That's how an 8 week promise can go in the contract, not just the brochure.
